Bnei Bilhah are of an ancient origin. In the Hebrew migratory tradition begun more than two millennia ago, an Israeli remnant migrated into Africa with many Danites from Northeast Africa migrating back to their tribal allocations in Israel, such as Tel Aviv, besides emerging Naphtalite communities throughout Mainland Africa, including Levitical Islanders from Haiti, Jamaica, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, and Australia, as well as a Mixed Multitude comprising the African Diaspora from the United States of America settling Southwest of the Sea of Galilee.

TA: [W]hat things still need to be worked on and what can be done about [Jews of Color]?

MaNishtana: The only thing that can really be done is us putting ourselves out there. And doing it in a serious way. Not like the Kali Hawk "Black and Jewish" song or Drake’s "H.Y.F.R." video.

I tend to view the schism between descendants of the Northern Kingdom of the House of Yosef (comprising of 10 tribes or so) and descendants of the Southern Kingdom of the House of Judea (comprising of 2 or 3 tribes) as manifestations of an Israeli Civil War of the past with ongoing repercussions.
