On September 11, 2013, at approximately 09:15 I boarded the Dan bus #189 at Evn Gvirol/Pinkas going towards Atidim. The bus driver pulled away from the stop while he was still collecting money from a girl in front of me. I was stood in the area between the doors and the driver. A taxi tried to cut us off from the left side and the bus driver stopped short. As a result, I was propelled backwards and hit the bar that is in front of the windshield. I was bruised on the left side of my lower back and on my right forearm from the impact.I had my laptop with me that day. When I later opened it, I saw that it was damaged from the impact as well. Approximately one third of the screen is damaged (see attached photo), and the only way I can use it if it is is plugged in to a second screen, defeating the purpose of a laptop computer.It has been more than two months since I have filed an initial report, and I have been given the runaround. It's completely unacceptable that I am repeatedly told to call specific numbers, only to be told to "call back in an hour" and have the phone unanswered when I do so.My computer is a MacBook Pro, 13-inch purchased in May 2011. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of replacing the screen.Thank you,
