WIKIPEDIA: According to the Bible, Galilee was named by the Israelites and was the tribal region of Naphthali and Dan, at times overlapping the Tribe of Asher's land.

Bnei Bilhah are of an ancient origin. In the Hebrew migratory tradition begun more than two millennia ago, an Israeli remnant migrated into Africa with many Danites from Northeast Africa migrating back to their tribal allocations in Israel, such as Tel Aviv, besides emerging Naphtalite communities throughout Mainland Africa, including Levitical Islanders from Haiti, Jamaica, and Madagascar, as well as a Mixed Multitude comprising the African Diaspora from the United States of America settling Southwest of the Sea of Galilee.

Kosher Afritada

Laurel Fantauzzo adapted her favorite Filipinim recipe for kosher tastes:

Kosher Ahfreetada
Are your Passover seder leftovers running low? Are dry, tasteless squares of dutiful matzoh making you crave whole loaves of white bread? Never fear the gluten-free requirements of the holiday. Try making chicken afritada, a classic one-pot Filipino dish turned kosher below. Tender potatoes and carrots offer that blessed rib-sticking starch, and Kosher chicken is slow-simmered in a garlicky tomato base, then given a good kick with bell peppers. The flavors blend nicely after a day in the fridge, so it’s an ideal stew to keep for the week. Masarap, and mazel!
