WIKIPEDIA: According to the Bible, Galilee was named by the Israelites and was the tribal region of Naphthali and Dan, at times overlapping the Tribe of Asher's land.

Bnei Bilhah are of an ancient origin. In the Hebrew migratory tradition begun more than two millennia ago, an Israeli remnant migrated into Africa with many Danites from Northeast Africa migrating back to their tribal allocations in Israel, such as Tel Aviv, besides emerging Naphtalite communities throughout Mainland Africa, including Levitical Islanders from Haiti, Jamaica, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, and Australia, as well as a Mixed Multitude comprising the African Diaspora from the United States of America settling Southwest of the Sea of Galilee.

East Windmills

What happens when you combine Solar Power, Biomass, Hydroelectric Energy, Geothermal Chutzpah and East Windmills [Not many folks know that The Philippines also has a Nuclear Power Plant: It is now a permanent art installation in the form of giant decorative garnish in Bataan, where the infamous death march of World War 2 occurred.]: Personified Animation.

"While Israel has traditionally focused on solar power, recently it has begun to put more resources into developing its wind energy industry. The Golan Heights is a good site to invest in this field since it is a windswept plateau. In addition to a 14-megawatt wind farm in the Golan Heights, Israel is exploring options for additional wind farms across the country, including in the Negev desert and along the border in cooperation with Jordan." Blessing in Appreciation of the Sun: Birkat Ha'Khamah

Blessing that is recited in appreciation of the Sun once every twenty-eight years {Sundown April 8, 5769/Morning April 9, 5769}

Blessed are You, L-rd our G-d, Ruler of the universe, who affects the work of creation.

On April 8 5769, Jews celebrate Birkat Ha'Khamah, the Blessing in appreciation of the Sun, one of the rarest mitzvot. It's observed once every 28 years, when the sun reaches the exact location that it did when it was created. The blessing may be said only if the sun is visible and should be recited in a direction other than the sun to prevent anyone from thinking that the prayer is directed to the sun and not to the Almighty.

The sun was created on the fourth day, and the ceremony will not take place again until 2037.
