WIKIPEDIA: According to the Bible, Galilee was named by the Israelites and was the tribal region of Naphthali and Dan, at times overlapping the Tribe of Asher's land.

Bnei Bilhah are of an ancient origin. In the Hebrew migratory tradition begun more than two millennia ago, an Israeli remnant migrated into Africa with many Danites from Northeast Africa migrating back to their tribal allocations in Israel, such as Tel Aviv, besides emerging Naphtalite communities throughout Mainland Africa, including Levitical Islanders from Haiti, Jamaica, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, and Australia, as well as a Mixed Multitude comprising the African Diaspora from the United States of America settling Southwest of the Sea of Galilee.

KESTER KENN KLOMEGAH: African leaders fundamentally support the current global reconfiguration.

Mohamed Irfaan Ali: I want to close by saying what we should do is to recreate the Narrative, recreate the Global Brand of who we are, redefine who we are in a Global Brand because that is what is going to ensure we're taken seriously, and we want the World to know that they must take us seriously. I thank you and God Bless you.

user6591: I'm pretty sure the Tanchuma mentions the brothers in Egypt asking Bilha's advise how to deal with Yosef after Yaakov passed away.

TAMAR KADARI: After Rachel’s death Bilhah took her place, raising Joseph and Benjamin as if they were her own children (Gen. Rabbah 84:11). The newborn Benjamin needed a wet nurse and Bilhah’s breasts miraculously filled with milk, even though she had ceased giving birth several years previously, and she was thus able to nurse the infant. Bilhah also took Rachel’s place in Jacob’s tent (Gen. Rabbati, Vayishlah, pp. 156–157). She was close to him until his dying day and served him when he fell ill (Pesikta Rabbati, Ba-Yom ha-Shemini 3).
